Bangladesh-based music producer DJ AKS plays the best of international music and produces music albums in Bollywood as well. With more than 15 years of experience in the field, DJ AKS has come a long way as a music producer and arranger.

After the death of Lata Mangeshkar, in an exclusive interview with KiaGia.com, he stated, “Growing up I have heard many songs but if there is one voice I reckon with when it comes to Bollywood songs, it is Lata Mangeshkar Ji. Back in 2000, we had one CD in the loop in our house, and it was “Best of Lata Mangeshkar” consisting of the ‘60s to ‘80s songs. I think the first remix I ever attempted was on the song “Ruk Ja Raat” from ‘Dil Ek Mandir’. “Jiya Jale” is probably my all-time favorite song which I had the opportunity to officially recreate which turned out to be a learning experience on its own.”

He further shares some of his favourite Lata Mangeshkar tracks which are “Aap Ki Nazron Ne Samjha”, “Jare Ja”, “Mohabbatein” and “Tere Liye”.
