Which Khan just got called ‘Uncle’ by Sara Ali Khan?

When we talk about the new female stars in Bollywood, the first two names that will register in anyone’s mind are that of Sara Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor.

Both had fantastic debuts last year. While Janhvi was appreciated along with Ishaan for her work in Shashank Khaitan’s ‘Dhadak’, Sara ringed in her 2018 with a double bonanza for her admirers and fans.

Both her films ‘Kedarnath’ alongside Sushant Singh Rajput and ‘Simmba’ alongside Ranveer Singh and Sonu Sood were hits in their own rights. The outcome of that was several accolades and appreciation coming Sara’s way and rightfully so.

These are good enough reasons to make any actress the talk of the town and hence Sara is no exception.

After both her films having done well at the box office, she has been giving a series of interviews and has been making innumerable event appearances.

In one such event lately while talking to the media, when someone asked her about who she thinks is the best host, Sara spoke her heart out and explained about how she used to love watching her father, Saif Ali Khan and Shah Rukh Khan hosting award shows together. She spoke about how as a child she used to love seeing her father and Shah Rukh ‘uncle’ host shows together.

It is to be noted that Shah Rukh Khan and Saif Ali Khan were an unbreakable jodi when it came to hosting the prestigious ‘Filmfare’ awards. The duo was always witty and everyone they would host an award show together, the audience would undoubtedly have the time of their life while laughing at their jokes and enjoying their camaraderie.

To explain further on why she called Shah Rukh Khan as ‘uncle’, Sara was quick to justify herself and said that she has been calling him ‘uncle’ since childhood and henceforth he wouldn’t probably wouldn’t appreciate it if suddenly she starts referring to him as Shah Rukh ‘ji’ or something.

On the work front, Sara is currently shooting for the remake of Imtiaz Ali’s ‘Love Aaj Kal’ alongside her eternal crush, Kartik Aaryan.
