Ever since Paramount Pictures dropped the trailer of ‘Babylon’, the film is making headlines on social media and has become one of the much awaited films of the year. Directed by Damien Chazelle, ‘Babylon’ is set in the ‘70s chaotic world of Hollywood industry and its wild dreams and ambitions. The trailer has already garnered huge response from both critics and audiences.
‘Babylon’ stars Margot Robbie, Brad Pitt, Tobey Maguire and Diego Calva in the leads. Although Margot and Brad had previously worked in ‘Once Upon A Time…In Hollywood’ (2019), this time in ‘Babylon’, the duo had some special experience, which Margot herself revealed recently in an interview with E! News.
She spilled the beans about the thrillng moment of kissing Brad Pitt while shooting. She revealed that the kissing scene was actually improvised and it made everyone shocked. She further shared, “That was not in the script. But I thought, when else am I gonna get the chance to kiss Brad Pitt? I’m just gonna go for it.”
She also shared her conversation with the director about the kiss and said to E! News, “I said, ‘Damien, I think Nellie would just go up and kiss Jack, And Damien was like, ‘Well, she could, wait, hold on! You just wanna kiss Brad Pitt?’ And I was like, ‘Oh, so sue me. This opportunity might never come up again.’ And he was like, ‘It does work for the character’ and I was like, ‘I think so’.”
Sounds like quite exciting and challenging the scene was for Margot Robbie. You can witness the special scene very soon as ‘Babylon’ is all set to release this December 23 in theatres.
