Jio Studios organizes a huge event to announce and share exciting updates on Dunki, Bloody Daddy, Stree 2 and Bhediya 2

Jio Studios, at a mega event organized in Mumbai yesterday announced a list of hundred films and web shows from almost every industry, that will release in the next couple of years. Some of the notable films announced or spoke about were Shah Rukh Khan and Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘Dunki’, Shahid Kapoor and Ali Abbas Zafar’s ‘Bloody Daddy’, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon-starrer ‘Bhediya 2’ and Sharddha Kapoor-starrer ‘Stree 2’.

Aamir Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Abhishek Bachchan, Kriti Sanon, Varun Dhawan, Tiger Shroff, Shraddha Kapoor, A R Rahman, Divyanka Tripathi, Manoj Tiwari, Nana Patekar, Shahid Kapoor, R Madhavan, Anil Kapoor, Yami Gautam and Mithun Chakraborty were among the celebrities that attended the event.

The video, released by Jio Studios unveiled more than dozen web shows which includes ‘Union: The Making Of India’, headlined by Kay Kay Menon and Ashutosh Rana, ‘Inspector Avinash’, starring Randeep Hooda and Urvashi Rautela, ‘Rafuchakkar’, starring Maniesh Paul, political thriller ‘Laal Batti’ which marks Nana Patekar’s digital debut and directed by Prakash Jha, ‘Bajao’, starring Raftaar, ‘The Magic Of Shiri’ with Divyanka Tripathi, ‘Doctors’ with Sharad Kelkar and ‘A Legal Affair’ starring Barkha Singh and Angad Bedi.

The leading studio has also ventured in its Marathi and Gujarati industry and announced some titles from both the languages. In Marathi, the projects announced were films like ‘Baipan Bhari Deva’, ‘Four Blind Men’ and ‘1234’ and streaming shows such as ‘Kaalsutra’, ‘Eka Kaleche Mani’ and ‘Aga Aai Aho Aai’. The Gujarati slates include ‘Bachubai’, ‘Chaandlo’ and ‘Ghulam Chor’.

The films announced by Jio includes Shah Rukh Khan and Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘Dunki’, Shahid Kapoor and Ali Abbas Zafar’s action drama ‘Bloody Daddy’, ‘Bhediya 2’ with Varun Dhawan ‘Stree 2’ with Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao and Pankaj Tripathi , ‘Section 84’ with Amitabh Bachchan, ‘Hisaab Barabar’ fronted by R Madhavan, ‘Zara Hatke Zara Bachke’ with Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan, ‘BlackOut’ starring Vikrant Massey and Mouni Roy, ‘Mumbaikar’ with Vijay Sethupathi, ‘The Storyteller’ with Paresh Rawal and Adil Hussain , ‘Dhoom Dhaam’ with Pratik Gandhi and Yami Gautam, ‘Empire’ with Aravind Swamy and Taapsee Pannu, ‘Trial Period’ with Genelia D’Souza, ‘Bhagawat: Chapter One Raakhshas’, ‘One Friday Night’, ‘Blind’ and many other movies.

The Studio announced that ‘Stree 2’ will arrive in the theatres on August 31st 2024 and ‘Bhediya 2’ will release in the year 2025.
