Held by Nagraj Popatrao Manjule, Amitabh Bachchan plays the role of a coach in the movie. The makers dropped its trailer today. The movie aims to bring out the story of Vijay Barse who was the Slum Soccer Founder. It is a biopic where Big B is a coach determined to transform a group of notorious and underprivileged children into a motivated youth fit for surviving in a civil society.
In the trailer, we see how no one believes in Amitabh Bachchan’s vision. The group of students too are making things worse for him by getting involved in a gang fight. However, Amitabh is adamant to train them and make them a part of the National Football Team.
He even took to social media to inform his fans about it. He captioned it, “T 4201 – Aa rahi hai Sheron ki toli. Jamke khelenge sab, chahe striker ho ya goalie! #Jhund trailer out now.”

The makers had earlier also dropped a song from the movie titled “Aaya Ye Jhund Hai” composed by Ajay-Atul. The film is slated to release on the 4th of March this year marking the first Bollywood release of Manjule. It will release on the Zee Studios platform.
