Tom Holland roped in to star in Apple TV+ seasonal series for the first time

Tom Holland is making quite a stir in Hollywood now since ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ (2021) has become a blockbuster, as well as the first film to earn a billion-dollar in this pandemic and now his latest released on February 18, ‘Uncharted’ is also currently ruling the box office.

No doubt, the youngest star cast in Marvel Cinematic Universe is making a huge impact on audiences with his versatile roles, even outside Marvel, as ‘Uncharted’ has already collected more than $50 million in its first weekend. Now, Holland will be next seen in a seasonal series for the first time in Apple TV+ ‘The Crowded Room’. He will be playing the role of Danny Sullivan, who has got multiple personality disorders. The news of the actor’s being cast in the series first came out in April, 2021. ‘A Crowded Room’ is written by Akiva Goldsman and directed by Kornél Mundruczó.

Emmy Rossum, who rose to fame from ‘Shameless’ (2011-2021) series, has recently joined the ten-episodic series’ team to play the role of Holland’s mother. It’s been reported by The Hollywood Reporter that, Tom Holland, Akiva Goldsman and Kornél Mundruczó are going to be executive producers.
