Ankita Lokhande’s debut short film The Last Coffee is out now

After winning the audiences as Archana in the TV show ‘Pavitra Rishta’ (2009-2014) and Jhalkaribai in ‘Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi’ (2019), we are now loving Ankita Lokhande as Iram in the latest short film ‘The Last Coffee’. Ankita has portrayed the character of Iram very well and the audience has lauded her for trying something new every time. Her love and eagerness to always do something new shows her dedication as an artist.

The story of ‘The Last Coffee’ revolves around Rehan and Iram meeting for the last time over a cup of coffee before their divorce is finalized. But the universe had it’s own plans and the two ended up getting stuck because of a snowstorm. It leaves them with no choice but to confront all the feelings they had been hiding away.

On the work front, Ankita Lokhande will be next seen in ‘Swatantra Veer Savarkar’ with Randeep Hooda. The film is based on the life of politician and activist Vinayak Damodar Savarkar. It also features Amit Sial in an important role. The film is produced by Anand Pandit Motion Pictures and Legend Studios, Anand Pandit, Sandeep Singh and Sam Khan and is set to release on May 26, 2023. The film also marks Randeep Hooda’s directorial debut.
