While many major Bollywood films are struggling to find an audience and success at the box office, Sudipto Sen’s hotly debated film ‘The Kerala Story’ (2023) continues to defy the trend. In less than two weeks, the movie has already surpassed the lifetime collections of ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar’ (2023), starring Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor and has become the second biggest blockbuster of the year. Today that is, May 22, the film will enter the 200-Crore club.

The Adah Sharma-led film is still going strong despite the arrival of a new competitor, ‘Fast X’, in theatres. Going by its trend, it’s journey at the Indian Box Office seems unstoppable.

‘The Kerala Story’ has collected Rs. 198.97 Crore in India in just seventeen days and it is logical to predict that it will join the 200 Crore club today. It is even eligible to enter the 300 Crore club.
