Rajesh Roshan, the renowned music director of the Hindi film industry, who has given one of the most melodious songs in the ‘80s and ‘90s, turned 68 years old on May 24. The occasion gave his nephew Hrithik Roshan an opportunity pay a touching ode to his uncle.

Although Rajesh Roshan began his career in the ‘70s and scored back-to-back hits like ‘Mama Bhanja’ (1977), ‘Ek Hi Raasta’ (1977), ‘Des Pardes’ (1978), ‘Khatta Meetha’ (1978), ‘Man Pasand’ (1980), ‘Lootmar’ (1980) and ‘Do Aur Do Paanch’ (1980), since the ‘90s, his music went to a whole new level of popularity.

Therefore, being born in such a gifted family, where his father Rakesh Roshan is a famous actor-director and uncle is a celebrated music director, it’s quite evident for Hrithik Roshan to feel proud and we got the proof of it from his recent post.

While wishing Rajesh Roshan on his birthday, Hrithik took to his social media and shared a number of pictures with his father and uncle and expressed his feelings with the caption, “His biggest fan is me. My chacha is my whole childhood. The rhythm in me comes from him. Thank you chacha for enriching my life with your magic, and thank you for the innumerable musical instruments you brought into my life every birthday. Watching you create melodies will always remain my all time favorite memory. Watching you, being around you as you created for hours on the harmonium, hearing your voice, watching the sweetness of your expressions as you sang, all of it became me. I took it from you and it made me fly. You were always the silent music magician but listening to you speak in the recent years has made me a fan of your words, your wit and your charm too. You are amazing. HAPPY BIRTHDAY Chacha! Your music lives and will live forever!”
