Kanika Dhillon, known for her work as a screenwriter in commercial films including ‘Manmarziyaan’ and ‘Kedarnath’, has been lauded for coming up with yet another intriguing, electrifying and path breaking concept with Balaji Motion Pictures’ highly-anticipated quirky thriller, ‘Judgementall Hai Kya’.
With the new wave of content-driven cinema and never-heard-before subjects, the writers are also getting equal due credit for their talent they put in. The appreciation coming Kanika’s way post the trailer launch of ‘Judgemental Hai Kya’ is certainly a testimonial to that.
At the trailer launch of ‘Judgementall Hai Kya’, Kanika was hugely praised for her work by actor Kangana Ranaut. Producer Ekta Kapoor has also ensured that Kanika’s name is visible in the trailer credits, something which was the need of the hour in the Hindi film industry.
She is finally giving the writers community a face and a voice which has been overdue for a long time – be it in terms of representation, contribution or due credits!
