After a long gap of 5 years, finally there’s an exciting, as well as nostalgic news that we have come across. Henry Cavill, one of the most loved Superman, is rumoured to be back soon and the news has become a hot-potato on social media now.

Recently, few industry insiders are spreading the news that Henry Cavill will be retained as the Man of Steel in DC’s Extended Universe (DCEU). One of those insiders, named, AJ, wrote on Twitter, “Multiple scoopers 100% believe Henry is back, the dm I received said ‘Cavill’s back’. This friend who told me this I trust very well, and has ALWAYS been skeptical over Cavill and Affleck returning. They are now believing into the idea of Cavill’s return.”

In response to his own tweet, AJ further added, “Before this, it was seen as impossible. But the tides are changing. Something has to be going on.”

Few reports also say that DCEU will be headed by a new management and they have finally managed to cast back Cavill. DC, however, has not confirmed the news officially yet. DCEU is under the control of Warner Bros. and Warner Bros. has merged with Discovery now.

Henry Cavill debuted as Superman in ‘Man Of Steel’ in 2013 and later reprised his role in ‘Batman Vs Superman: Dawn Of Justice’ in 2016. He was last seen in ‘Justice League’ in 2017. Later it was reported that DCEU was finding a new face and was moving towards a different direction and hence, Cavill got out of the scene.

We hope our yearning comes true!
