Tigmanshu Dhulia and Priti Sinha join hands to make a biopic on Mughal-E-Azam’s director K Asif

In the last few years, we have seen many biopic films being made by several filmmakers. Tigmanshu Dhulia, who earlier made a film on Paan Singh Tomar, is all set to make a film on the life of director K Asif, who directed the iconic film ‘Mughal-e-Azam’ (1960). It is being said that the film will shed light on K. Asif’s personal life and cinematic journey.

The film will be based on the book Dastan e Mughale Azam, written by Rajkumar Keswani.

Producer Priti Sinha recently bought the rights to the book written by Rajkumar Keswani and Priti is now working on the story of the film with writers of the film, Kamlesh Pandey and Iqbal Rizvi.

As soon as the work on the story of the film is over, the makers will reveal its casting and other details related to it.
