Taapsee Pannu’s Haseen Dillruba completes 2 years; all eyes on the sequel, Phir Aayi Haseen Dillruba

Director-producer Aanand L Rai has always been at the forefront of bolstering new talent, backing groundbreaking stories under his banner, Colour Yellow Productions. The production house’s robust repertoire boasts a string of genius films deemed ahead of their times, including ‘Shubh Mangal Saavadhan’ (2017), ‘Mukkabaaz’ (2017), ‘Manmarziyaan’ (2018) and ‘Tumbbad’ (2018), among others. In 2021, Rai’s Colour Yellow Productions added yet another feather to its cap with the much-talked-about release of ‘Haseen Dillruba’.

The film that raised the bar for romantic thrillers a notch higher, ‘Haseen Dillruba’, recently unlocked a new milestone; it rang in two years from its direct-to-digital release on July 2, 2023. The Vinil Mathew directorial starred an exceptionally talented cast – Taapsee Pannu, Vikrant Massey and Harshvardhan Rane. As ‘Haseen Dillruba’ celebrates its second anniversary, the anticipation around its much-awaited sequel, ‘Phir Aayi Haseen Dillruba’ is palpable.

Fans are eagerly waiting to witness magic unfold on screen as Taapsee Pannu and Vikrant Massey’s sizzling chemistry returns in ‘Phir Aayi Haseen Dillruba’. Alongside them, the upcoming film also features Sunny Kaushal and it’s helmed by Jayprad Desai.
