Actress Sonali Bendre Behl took to her Twitter on Wednesday and posted a picture with her canine friend golden retriever named Misslcy. The duo looking too adorable and Sonali Bendre’s smiling face made the picture magnificent. She is wearing a pink shirt along with blue jeans with minimal make up.
The actress was diagnosed with metastatic cancer in July 2018. She had spent months in New York for her treatment. After being there for 5 months, she survived the cancer and returned to India in December 2018. Over these years, she has consistently spread positivity and awareness about the disease.
On June 6, 2021 on Cancer Survivors Day, Sonali posted a then and now collage picture of hers on Instagram, comparing herself with a photo of her recent looks and one form when she was undergoing chemotherapy. She wrote, “How time flies…Today when I look back, I see strength, I see weakness but most importantly I see the will to not let the C word define how my life will be after it…You create The life you choose. The journey is what you make of it…So remember to take #OneDayAtATime and to #SwtichOnTheSunshine #CancerSurvivorsDay.”
