Shakun Batra took four years to make his second film (Kapoor And Sons) after his directorial debut ‘Ek Main Aur Ek Tu’ released in 2012. But this time, the director who is riding high on the success of ‘Kapoor And Sons’ don’t want to take that much time for his third movie. Shakun will start his next film early next year.
“I am happy with the response to Kapoor & Sons and I want to start my next film as soon as possible. I have a few ideas out of which I will finalise my next by the end of the year and start working on it next year. But unless I am excited about a story, I won’t take it forward,” he said.
