Scream 6 is gearing up to bring the 4 survivors back from the 2022 release

‘Scream’ franchise has been scaring and entertaining audiences for more than two decades now, since the first part was released in 1996. After ‘Scream 4’ was released in 2011, there was a long gap of eleven years and the next part, ‘Scream 5’ has been released on this January, 2022. As per reports, for the first time over two decades, the iconic slasher franchise, ‘Scream 5’ has made over $140 million at the box office, worldwide, despite the pandemic.

Now it’s been reported by Deadline website, the next ‘Scream’ sequel is gearing up to thrill us again with its stirring storyline.

Paramount Pictures announced on Tuesday that ‘Scream 6’ is going to make all the four survivors back again from the previous 2022 franchise. Therefore, Melissa Barrera, Jasmine Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding and Jenna Ortega are coming back again with their striking performances, who survived in ‘Scream 5’.

The fifth part was a reboot of the first part and that’s why the name was also given only ‘Scream’, and not ‘Scream 5’. It has introduced a new generation of teenagers and the original actors like Neva Campbell, Courteney Cox and David Arquette have also made a comeback.

The makers of the sixth part have revealed, “In the next installment, the four survivors of the Ghostface killings leave Woodsboro behind and start a fresh chapter.” The makers have also announced that ‘Scream 6’ will go on floor this June and will get an early summer release in March 2023 in theatres.
