This rare picture shows the first day of shoot with Mahima Chaudhry. The Showman of Bollywood, Subhash Ghai and Mahima Chaudhry started with a small pooja before shooting the very first shot at the famous Kailash Temple at the banks of river Yamuna in Agra. In those days, it was a unique ‘mahurat’ for the blockbuster ‘Pardes’ (1997) at the Agra Temple because one of his units spot boy, Bahadur Singh gave the first mahurat clap instead of any other celebrity. Back in those days, Subhash Ghai’s ‘mahurats’ were attended by A-list actors and celebrities from the industry. A lot of people, including the main actor, Shah Rukh Khan, appeciated this gesture.
