Ram Charan expresses the desire to do Virat Kohli’s biopic; says, “I even look like him”

The song “Naatu Naatu” from the film ‘RRR’ (2022) has won the Best Original Song award at the Oscars 2023. Since this victory, Ram Charan is being seen as a global icon. During a recent interview, the actor made several important revelations. The actor said that he aspires to do a film based on sports. Ram revealed that if he got a chance, he would definitely like to do a film based on cricketer Virat Kohli.

When Ram was asked what kind of films he would like to do in the coming days, answering this question, he said that he would like to do a sports related film. On his answer, the reporter asked if he would like to work in Virat Kohli’s biopic? To this Ram immediately replied, “Absolutely, Virat Kohli is an inspiration. If I get a chance, I will definitely do his biopic. I even look like him.”

During this conversation, Ram broke his silence on not performing at the Oscar ceremony. He said that he wanted to perform at the ceremony, but the Oscars committee did not contact him.

Talking about Ram’s work front, the ‘RRR’ actor will have a busy 2023. The actor is currently shooting for director Shankar’s political thriller, which is tentatively titled ‘RC 15’, alongside Kiara Advani and the film is reportedly releasing in January 2024. After wrapping up ‘RC15’, the actor will start shooting for director Buchi Babu Sana’s next in September this year. Ram also revealed that this particular film is going to be a path breaking one, and is expected to be liked by the audience globally.
