Rajkummar says, “I would like to thank the director of ‘Newton’, Amit Masurkar, producers Aanand L Rai and Manish Mundra without their support the movie wouldn’t have been made. I would also like to thank the audience for giving so much love to ‘Newton’ and if you continue doing that I’m sure we will be able to make 10 more Newton.”

With five impressive releases so far – ‘Trapped’, ‘Behen Hogi Teri’, ‘Bareilly Ki Barfi’, ‘Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana’ and the latest one being ‘Newton’, the year certainly belongs to Rajkummar Rao.
