Ace musician Amit Trivedi created magic with his mesmerizing voice and his music composition ten years back in Abhishek Kapoor directorial ‘Kai Po Che’. The music album included songs like “Manja” and “Shubhaarambh”, which are still remembered for their unique setting and beautiful lyrics. The song till date hits the right note every time one tunes in to listen to this music album. It is still one of the special projects that Amit has worked on. He not only composed but also sang two songs in the album.
While speaking about this special music album, Amit Trivedi shared, “It’s is a very special film. I feel overwhelmed with the love that I receive for this album. It’s one of my most cherished working moments. Every time I perform the songs live with my team, the reaction we get leaves us speechless. Collaborating with Gattu (Abhishek Kapoor) was very easy and effortless. We both work from our hearts and that made this film a journey to remember.”
‘Kai Po Che’ is a sports drama, directed by Abhishek Kapoor. It starred Sushant Singh Rajput, Rajkummar Rao and Amit Sadh in the leads and was released in 2013.
