Martin Scorsese’s Killers Of The Flower Moon, starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Robert De Niro, to release in India on October 6

Martin Scorsese, who has worked on numerous films with Leonardo DiCaprio and Robert De Niro, is gearing up for the release of his film, ‘Killers Of The Flower Moon’. Recently, it was screened at the 76th Cannes Film Festival after which it was revealed that the much awaited film, co-written by Scorsese and Eric Roth, will release in cinemas in India on October 6, 2023.

The film Is based on David Grann’s best-selling book of the same name and also stars Lily Gladstone and Jesse Plemons.

Labelled as an epic western murder drama, ‘Killers Of The Flower Moon’ is about the unusual relationship between Ernest Burkhart (played by Leonardo DiCaprio) and Mollie Kyle (Lily Gladstone). The role of William Hale, the uncle of Leonardo DiCaprio’s Burkhart, is played by Robert De Niro, who previously acted alongside DiCaprio in the ‘This Boy’s Life’ (1993).

‘Killers Of The Flower Moon’ is Scorsese’s first film in the prestigious film festival since the creepy screwball comedy ‘After Hours’ (1985) premiered and won him the award of Best Director. The acclaimed director shared the red carpet for this edition alongside Robert De Niro and Leonardo DiCaprio.
