Alia Bhatt announced a new release date for Sanjay Leela Bhansali directorial ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’. The film will release now on 25th February. Alia Bhatt took to Instagram to announce the new release date with a twist. She added photos of herself and captioned it with boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor’s debut movie’s song and wrote, “Dekho chand aaya … chand nazar aaya 🤍 Gangu bhi aa rahi hain .. 25th February Ko 🙏”.
In the photos she was wrapped in a shawl walking on the street, staring at the moon. She seemed to enjoy the chill air and smiling in the photos. She is known for aesthetic photos and lately she has been sharing a lot of photos enjoying nature.
Bhansali’s banner Bhansali Productions too announced the new release date on their official Instagram page. The post read, “Witness her reign in cinemas near you on 25th February 2022. #GangubaiKathiawadi.” The film has also been selected for the 72nd Berlin Film festival. Ajay Devgn will also be seen in this movie.
