Filmmaker Prakash Jha had collaborated with music composers Salim-Sulaiman and lyricist Manoj Muntashir to create an eleven track album for “Jai GangaaJal”. The team, along with Sonu Nigam, comes together again but this time, for a special cause. “Ek Mutthi Aasman”, a song produced by Prakash Jha Productions for National Legal Services Authority, aims to make the common man aware of this entity which works towards providing free access to justice to the weaker section of the society.

The song is easy on the ears and is far from preachy. Director Madhvi Bhatt and her team have strung together visuals of people belonging to different states, communities, religion etc. to dispel the notion that only the rich and the mighty have access to the legal system. It highlights the fact that every citizen of the country has equal rights to fight for justice and there are organisations which would help them through the process.
