Benedict Cumberbatch, known for his mystery crime series ‘Sherlock Holmes’ since 2010, has been in the headlines for quite a long time now for ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ (2021), where he reprised his role as Doctor Strange. The film became a blockbuster and the first billion-dollar hit since 2019 at the box office.
The actor is currently gearing up for his upcoming Marvel film ‘Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness’, which will be released on May 6. Now, it’s been reported by The Hollywood Reporter, that the actor will be next seen in a sci-fi project for the first time. Apart from Cumberbatch, there are also other big names, who won Oscars and BAFTA Awards, are gathering up for the Justin Kurzel’s directorial ‘Morning’ such as Laura Dern and Noah Jupe.
The film ‘Morning’ is a story about the near future where society has a pill that does away with the need to sleep. With the added help of an artificial sun, there is finally no end to morning daylight, living and work. But as a young generation grows up deprived of the world of sleep, is it time for them to rebel and reclaim their dreams?
