Anurag Kashyap’s next directorial Kennedy to be screened at the Cannes Film Festival; first look poster out

Director Anurag Kashyap, on Monday launched the intriguing poster of his next film ‘Kennedy’ and announced that the noir crime thriller, which stars Rahul Bhat and Sunny Leone, will be premiered at the 76th annual Cannes Film Festival. The prestigious film festival will be held next month, from May 16 to May 27.

Kashyap took to his Twitter handle and wrote, “Aankh, Cannes sab khule rakhna…Kennedy aa raha hai! Here’s the official poster of #Kennedy, which is set to premiere at Festival De Cannes later next month!.”

‘Kennedy’ will be the fourth film of Anurag to be premiered at Cannes Film Festival. Earlier his films like ‘Gangs Of Wasseypur’ (2012), ‘Ugly’ (2014) and ‘Raman Raghav 2.0’ (2016) were also screened at the festival.

The poster of the film portrays Rahul Bhat wearing a mask on a moonlit night while Sunny Leone is seen giving a terrified expression.

‘Kennedy’ is produced by Zee Studios and Good Bad Films, which is owned by Ranjan Singh and Kabir Ahuja. The film’s music is composed by Ashish Narula along with Aamir Aziz and Boyblanck.
