The grand premiere of the film Main Mulayam in Kolkata

The grand premiere of the film ‘Main Mulayam’ was held on 9th February 2021 at the Quest Mall in Kolkata. On 11th February the film will release worldwide in double versions Hindi and Bengali on OTT DON Cinema .

The Producer of the film Mrs. Meena Sethi Mondal owner of MS Films and Productions was present along with Director Suvendu Raj Ghosh, Writer Rashid Iqbal, the lead actor Amyth Sethi and other cast and crew of team Mulayam.

The owner of DON Cinema OTT Mr. Mehmood Ali was present to grace the occasion. There was a galaxy of star studded celebrities in the premier from both Bollywood and Tollywood such as Ronojoy Vishnu, Papiya Adhikary, Kanchana. The director said that ‘Main Mulayam’ is not a political film at all rather it is a touchy story of how a simple hearted man of rural Uttar Pradesh Mulayam from being a amateur wrestler and later a teacher got transformed into the popular Netaji of the common people. Very talented actor Amyth Sethi has done full justice to the role of Mulayamji and earned huge appreciation from the viewers. Zarina Wahab played the role of Mulayamji ‘s mother and Mimo Chakraborty as Mulayamji ‘s younger brother Shiv. Other actors in the film are Ronojoy Vishnu, Mukesh Tiwari, Supriya Karnik, Sana Sheikh Ali, Govind Namdeo, Prakash Belawadi, Prerna, Chitrali and others.

The audience were enthralled by the music composed by Toshi and Sharib . The film has bagged many prestigious awards in the Everest film festival, Siliguri and got a film rating of as high as 8.1 even before its release. The viewers at the end of the premier show expressed their immense satisfaction and said they wish to watch it again on DON OTT. On this occasion Mr. Mehmood Ali owner of the DON Cinema OTT shared a good news that very soon he will launch the Bengali branch of OTT DON Cinema in Kolkata.
