Tara Sutaria’s upcoming film ’Apurva’ is a thriller and it will see Tara in a never-before-seen avatar. The shooting was completed earlier this year.
It is said to be a story of survival and it will see Tara playing a strong and powerful young woman.
In an interview with the Times of India recently, Tara spoke about the film and what audiences can expect. She said, “The film ‘Apurva’ is a very different film from anything I’ve done before. It’s a thriller, and it’s very intense. I’m playing a very strong and independent woman, and it’s a role that I’m really excited about.”
Tara also said that she believes audiences will be surprised by her performance in the film. She said, “I think audiences won’t expect me to do a film like this. I’m known for my glamorous roles, but in Apurva, I’m completely different. I’m playing a very raw and real character, and I think it’s a role that will surprise people.”
She was last seen in the action-thriller movie ‘Ek Villain Returns’ alongside Disha Patani, John Abraham and Arjun Kapoor in 2022.
Along with Tara Sutaria, ‘Apurva’ also stars Abhishek Banerjee and Rajpal Yadav in pivotal roles. Produced by Star Studios, Murad Khetani and Cine1 Studios and directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhat, the official release date of the film is still awaited.
