Hockey fans in India, including Shah Rukh Khan were left disappointed when the Indian Women’s Hockey team lost the Bronze medal to Great Britain at the ongoing Tokyo Olympics 2020 today, 6th August. Shah Rukh Khan has written an inspiring message on Twitter cheering up the team for their effort.

The team coach, Sjoerd Marijne took to his Twitter and shared Shah Rukh Khan’s message and thanked the actor and said it was great to have the support from the best in Bollywood and further asked him if ‘Chak De! India part 2’ is in the way of its making.

Few days ago, on August 2nd, when team India had qualified for the semi-finals, Shah Rukh Khan took to his Twitter and shared coach Sjoerd Marijne’s post and wrote, “Haan haan no problem. Just bring some Gold on your way back…for a billion family members. This time Dhanteras is also on 2nd Nov. From: Ex-coach Kabir Khan.”

The Indian Women’s Hockey team had already created history by entering the semi-finals of the Tokyo Olympics 2020 for the first time. Though they lost the match to Great Britain, every Indian would be proud of their relentless effort.
