Actress Sonakshi Sinha lands up in legal trouble and a non-bailable warrant is issued against her for fraud. She had charged 37 lakhs for an event in Delhi where she was supposed to be the chief guest but she had taken the money and did not turn up for the show.
Pramod Sharma, a resident of the Katghar police station area of Moradabad, had planned for an event. The actress failed to attend the program following which Sharma asked for the money back. Allegedly Sonakshi’s manager refused to pay back. After the organizer did not get the money even after contacting Sonakshi a number of times, he filed a complaint about fraud.
As per reports, Sonakshi had come to Moradabad to record her statement. However, her continuous absence led the court to issue a warrant against her.
Sonakshi is quite in the news days after a picture of her and Salman Khan went viral stating that they were secretly getting married. She made a strong statement and asked people to differentiate between an original and morphed picture. She recently returned from the ‘Da-Bangg’ tour with Salman Khan, Disha Patani, Pooja Hegde and others.
On the work front, ‘Double XL’ and ‘Kakuda’ are lined up.
