Marvel Studios has stopped making its individual Hulk franchises long back over a decade ago after the two parts, ‘Hulk’ (2003) and ‘The Incredible Hulk’ (2008) released, which were played by Edward Norton. Later, Marc Ruffalo entered the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) as Hulk aka Bruce Banner in 2012 in the first ‘Avenger’ film and is still reprising the role.

Now, Marvel has introduced She-Hulk aka Jennifer Walters, who is the cousin of Bruce Banner and she navigates her life as a superpowered attorney at law. Tatiana Maslany is making her debut in MCU through ‘She-Hulk: Attorney At Law’ and will return with Marc Ruffalo later in other Marvel films. In ‘She-Hulk’, the trailer shows that Walter has also got her gamma green transformation after a blood transfusion.

Marvel has previously introduced numerous CGI (Computer generated imagery) characters over the years, but ‘She-Hulk: Attorney At Law’ is the first one to capture CGI for Disney+ Hotstar. The trailer has recently released and fans are super disappointed with the CGI, as well as with VFX. Some compared the film with video games, where cut scenes are placed into a live-action.

Writer, Christopher Marc tweeted unfinished and rubbery, “ ‘She-Hulk’ as a show looks amazingly fun but the actual CGI looks really unfinished and rubbery. I’m aware it is TV but the STAR WARS stuff manages, and they have the budgets to adjust.” Another fan compared She-Hulk character with Hulk’s CGI and wrote, “Why does Hulk’s CGI in this trailer look perfectly fine but She-Hulk looks very bad?? I’m absolutely aware that unfinished VFX are in trailers often but man…all her shots looks bad.”

Another fan wrote VFX is a difficult job but ‘She-Hulk’ looks ridiculous, “Where is the respect for VFX artists? The vast majority of people don’t have the slightest idea as to how difficult of a job it is. Complaints about the CGI in a trailer are the most ridiculous nitpicking I’ve seen from Marvel fans. #SheHulk.”

Apart from Jennifer (Tatiana Maslany) and Bruce (Marc Ruffalo), ‘She-Hulk: Attorney At Law’ also includes Wong played by Benedict Wong, Amelia played by Renée Elise Goldsberry, Ginger Gonzaga as Jennifer’s best friend and Jameela Jamil as Titania, who is Jennifer’s rival. Although it has not revealed their characters yet, but the series also stars Josh Segarra, Jon Bass and Anais Almonte. Jessica Gao is the writer and creator of ‘She-Hulk: Attorney At Law’ and it is co-directed by Kat Coiro and Anu Valia.

‘She-Hulk: Attorney At Law’ is a nine-episodic series and will be premiered since August 17, 2022 only on Disney+ Hotstar.
