After maintaining a low-key profile since his son, Aaryan Khan’s drug case and his arrest news came out, Shah Rukh Khan is now back to surprise fans with a solid action-packed commercial. In a collaboration with Thumps Up, it is reminiscent of the symbolic headline of the cold beverage company ‘Aaj Kuch Toofani Karte Hai’ (Let’s do something thunderous). After a very long time, Khan is seen in this inimitable action avatar again and it seems like he hasn’t lost his charm.
Celebrating the milestone of becoming a billion-dollar brand, Thumps Up launched a new campaign, portraying its strong taste, that drinkers can relate to it since ages. In the video, we can see that someone is asking if anybody wants soft drinks, which made Khan disappointed hearing the word ‘soft drink’ and then he starts fighting with the goons on top of a train, wearing a full black suit. After the fight, Khan comes back and drinks a bottle of Thumps Up and keeps it upside-down and says to that person, “soft drink nahi beta, toofan” (it’s not a soft drink, it’s thunder). Sharing the video on his social media, Shah Rukh wrote, “Naam toh suna hoga meri jaan? Isko soft nahi kehtey, kehtey hai toofan.” (heard the name right sweetheart? This is not a soft drink, this is thunder).

On the work front, Khan is currently gearing up for ‘Pathan’ along with Deepika Padukone and John Abraham, which is expected to release this year.
