The new film by Karan Johar, ‘Jug Jugg Jeeyo’, recreated the “Dupatta” song and netizens ask “where is the dupatta”. The trailer of the movie received a good response; however, a song that was released recently that features Anil Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani, and Maniesh Paul has got trolled.
Karan Johar has released other songs from the film which were also recreated versions. He is being slammed for the fact that this movie has only recreated songs and in this particular song, the title is dupatta though there is not a single dupatta shot in the track.
He tweeted, “Keeping the dance floor hot and grooving, your party anthem of the year is here! #Duppata song out now – https://bit.ly/Dupatta-JugJuggJeeyo #JugJuggJeeyo in cinemas 24th June.” Under this tweet, he got a lot of flak.
The movie is all set to hit the big screens on 24th June 2022.
