Recently, Jasleen Royal got an opportunity to meet her favourite singer-songwriter Lauv during a show. Lauv was in Mumbai for a short while to perform in a show.
Sharing her experience after meeting Lauv Jasleen says, “I have been listening to his music since quite some time now. I find his music very honest and it has its own universe. We discussed our individual processes of making music and it was interesting to find many similarities. He listened to some of my music, and he really loved the melody especially the Midnight mix video of Jahaan Tu Chala which was very exciting because we put in a lot of time and effort, to get the animation and art style right.”
The singer also added that they follow each other on Instagram and plan to stay in touch through social media.
