Huma Qureshi gears up to travel to the French Riviera for the upcoming Cannes Film Festival

While her appearance last year made headlines on home turf and was well received by the fashion experts, the powerhouse actress looks forward to her third visit to one of the most watched fashion red carpets.

Huma first traveled to Cannes to promote her film ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’ and attended the festival last year, where she represented India and spoke about the role of independent cinema at the India Pavilion. 

During her last two appearances, the actress whose worked with some of the finest directors and festival favorites including Deepa Mehta, Gurinder Chadha and Anurag Kashyap among others, has always struck a fine balance between sporting outfits by both international and Indian designers.

From Ali Younes, Elio Abou Fayssal to Manish Malhotra, Nikhil Thampi, Shane and Falguni Peacock and Varun Bahl, Huma’s sartorial choices on the Cannes Film Festival red carpet have always been lauded for being edgy and forward yet classic and timeless.
