The ‘Hera Pheri’ series is arguably most beloved and iconic comedy film franchise among audiences of all sections. Fans and audiences have been waiting for its sequel for many years, and it seems that their wait is going to end soon.
The third installment of the film was in the news last year for many reasons; earlier it was buzzed that the makers replaced Akshay Kumar and signed Kartik Aaryan for the film; later, we saw Akshay Kumar confirm his exit from the much-awaited sequel in a media interaction. But now, the film is finally back on track and is in making with its original star cast, which includes Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty and Paresh Rawal.
Last week, producer Firoz Nadiadwala, along with Suniel Shetty and Paresh Rawal, went to meet Akshay Kumar at Empire Studios in Mumbai, and it was learned that the meeting lasted for a long time. The trio went to discuss Hera Pheri 3 with Akshay Kumar, for which Akshay has now agreed to come on board.
As per reports, the film went on floors today with it’s original star cast, where the team shot announcement teaser today at Empire Studios, where they shot ‘Hera Pheri’ (2000). All the details, including the director and rest of the cast, have been kept under wraps, and the makers will officially announce the film with a promo.
