Margot Robbie has portrayed several unique roles, but is best known as Harley Quinn. Robbie has displayed the quirky, devilish and bizarre character so perfectly that she has got her own films like ‘Suicide Squad’ (2016), ‘Harley Quinn: Birds Of Prey’ (2020) and ‘The Suicide Squad’ (2021), beside ‘The Batman’ film series.

Although in the upcoming ‘Joker’ (2019) sequel ‘Joker: Folie à Duex’, Lady Gaga has been chosen as Harley Quinn, Robbie’s portrayals were mind blowing. Hence, as her appearance as Harley Quinn is currently undetermined, Robbie has recently disclosed her deep wish to do a Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy’s romantic story, if she ever gets to return as the anti-hero.

According to ComicBook.com website, during an interview of her upcoming film ‘Babylon’, Margot revealed that she has been constantly pushing DC Extended Universe to come up with such queer story from past few years, “I have been pushing for that for years. I cannot tell you how hard I have been pushing for that. I want it too.”

When she was asked if she has got any actress in her mind for Poison Ivy’s role, she said, “Honestly I always picture like Poison Ivy in the comics. I don’t really actually picture any actress doing it.”

Well, there’s currently no news of Margot Robbie’s coming back as Harley Quinn near future, let’s hope for the best for Lady Gaga for ‘Joker: Folie à Duex’, which is all set to release on October 4, 2024.
