Chiyaan Vikram and cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni share a great bond with each other and both are often seen meeting each other on different occasions.
Mahendra Singh Dhoni performed with great passion, devotion, and power to help his team Chennai Super Kings win the previous day’s Indian Premiere League match, but his victory was missed by three runs and ‘Rajasthan Royals’ were declared champions. Yet, in yesterday’s match, the cricketer took all the accolades for his performance, and on social media, everyone from actors to the common man were seen admiring him.

Talking about Vikram’s work front, the actor is currently busy promoting Mani Ratnam’s magnum opus ‘Ponniyin Selvan 2’ which also stars Karthi, Prakash Raj, Jayam Ravi, Trisha and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in lead roles. The actor will next be seen in director Gautham Vasudev Menon’s much delayed film ‘Dhruva Natchathiram’ and is also shooting for ‘Thangalaan’.
‘Ponniyin Selvan 2’ will release in theatres on April 28 in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
