Madan Mohan, the popular music director, who is also known as the Melody King, has ruled the Indian film industry for more than three decades. From the ‘50s to ‘70s, there was not a single song which wasn’t composed by Mohan.
Madan’s songs like “Lag Ja Gale Se Phir”, “Mera Saaya Saath”, “Dil Dhoondta Hai”, “Jhoomka Gira Re”, “Yeh Hum Aa Gaye Hai Kaha”, “Tere Liye”, “Main Yahaan Hoon” and more, have so much impressed people and took a huge place in their hearts, that even in this generation, they still love to cherish those, wherever they get a chance.
Hence, Big Canvas Entertainment has come up with a mega concert to make you feel nostalgic and remember the ‘60s with Madan Mohan’s songs once again. The event is organised in Mumbai today on June 23, where a total of thirty songs will be performed with two intervals.
From Sarvesh Mishra to Archana Gore, Madan Mohan’s songs will be performed by twenty-five musicians on the stage since 7 pm at Deenanath Mangeshkar Natyagriha in Mumbai.
