Since the first month of 2022, the news of ‘Barbie’ is making quite stir among netizens and after hearing the news of Margot, Ryan and Emma Mackey’s collaboration, fans are literally going gaga over it.

Although several first looks of Margot and Ryan from ‘Barbie’ have already been dropped and it created a lot of anticipation, just a month ago, director Greta Gerwig teased fans by revealing some more kinky looks of Gosling. It left everyone looking forward to what the fantasy drama is going to present as it takes us through Barbie’s life.

The teaser begins showing a little girl playing with an old designer doll, sitting in the middle of a barren desert. While showing the scene, Helen Mirren can be heard saying in the background that how dolls have existed in the life of humans for a long time and we see little girls playing with them, “Since the beginning of time, since the first little girl ever existed, there have been dolls. But the dolls were always and forever baby dolls. Until …” and before finishing the line, the camera turns to Margot Robbie, appearing as a tall figure dressed up in black and white stripped monikini, which was the very first attire of Mattel, when they launched the Barbie doll in 1959.

After getting amazed with Margot’s witty wink, the little girl is seen smashing the old dolls in the ground. The teaser also shows the dream houses and the pink fantasy land of Barbie and also presents a dolled-up Ryan Gosling, Ncuti Gatwa and Simu Liu as dancing and making merry.

The teaser also features soundtrack from Stanley Kubrick-directorial ‘2001: A Space Odyssey’ (1968) in the very end to pay a tribute to the film.

Directed by Greta Gerwig, starring Margot Robbie, Ryan Gosling, Emma Mackey, Ncuti Gatwa, Simu Liu, Will Farrel and Connor Swindells, the film ‘Baribe’ is coming to entertain us on July 21, 2023.
