Saif Ali Khan receives a meaty role and has the looks required to represent a businessman, but he lacks the guts to portray the notoriousness of the venture capitalist. Director Chawla manages to mix all the masala ingredients and set a Hollywood standard, despite being backed by average writing at most places. While the story is widely predictable with a series of twists, the drama starts to dissolve as the film progresses. Rohan Mehra receives a perfect launch and gets into the skin of the stock broker. Radhika Apte provides the required supporting role and Chitrangada Singh’s role does not seem clear-cut. The movie rates highly as being slick rather than gripping.
