She shared screen with Akshay Kumar in a number of films including ‘Khiladi’ (1992), ‘Waqt Hamara Hai’ (1993), ‘Jai Kishen’ (1994) and ‘Dil Ki Baazi’ (1993). She has recently graced ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ with her presence and talked about her offscreen relationship with Akshay Kumar. She shared the incident where Akshay advised her to wash her face with soda to look fresh.
She was quite a sensation in the ’90s who retired at the peak of her career. Since then, she has done guest appearances in films for her friends. She will most probably make an OTT debut this year.
Jhulka will be featured in an Amazon Prime web series directed by Tanuja Chandra. On the occasion of International Women’s Day, it was announced and it is said to have strong female lead characters such as Soha Ali Khan, Juhi Chawla, Karishma Tanna, Shahana Goswami and Kritika Kamra.
