Composer duo Sachet-Parampara got a fair amount of attention for their composition in ‘Toilet Ek Prem Katha’ which happened to be their debut film. Though they had just one song in the entire album (“Subah Ki Train”), it stood out and paved the way for more work. The next year, they composed a bunch of songs for ‘Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se’ (“Nazarbattu”) and ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’ (“Hard Hard”, “Har Har Gange”). All these songs became popular, though at varying degrees. The biggest hit for them so far has definitely been the dance number “Hard Hard” from Shahid Kapoor-Shraddha Kapoor ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’.
Now, the composer duo has put together another song titled “Bekhayali” which, interestingly, became popular even before it was out. How did that happen? Well, a small portion of the song was a part of the trailer. The ones who watched the trailer got hooked to it and were waiting eagerly for the full (or at least a lengthier version) to release.
The full audio track and a two minutes and fifty-three seconds long video of the song dropped recently and managed to quench the thirst of all those who were waiting to hear the full song from the past several days. “Bekhayali” has been sung by Sachet Tandon, one half of the composer duo and has been written by Irshad Kamil.
Sachet-Parampara’s association with Shahid Kapoor is turning out to be quite lucky for both the parties, one must say!
