Kartik Aaryan is all set to portray the lead role in Hansal Mehta’s upcoming movie ‘Captain India’, as revealed by the makers. The film is based on real events, India’s one of the biggest and most successful rescue missions from a war-torn country. Produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Harman Baweja, the film is about a man who goes beyond his own pain and suffering to save thousands, as stated by Hansal himself.
Aaryan is going to play the role of a pilot and he mentions that, he is really honored to be a part of this project.
Director Hansal Mehta says that he is really excited to collaborate with the producers and with Kartik Aaryan too. Aaryan has done a lot of romantic movies and comedy movies too, but featuring in a biopic is totally new for him. He states that, this is his perfect opportunity to work with Hansal Mehta as he is a big fan of Mehta’s work.
The ‘Love Aaj Kal’ (2020) actor, posted the first look of ‘Captain India’ on Twitter.

The film may release in early 2022 and the filmmakers are expecting it to be a huge hit.
